Queens parents file suit against Amtrak over son’s death in Philadelphia derailment

The Queens parents of a Navy midshipman who died when an Amtrak train derailed outside Philadelphia filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday against the railroad company.

Justin Zemser, 20, was on his way home from the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., to his parents' home in Rockaway Beach May 12 when the train took a curve too fast.
